Sick Little Boy
Our little guy is sick this week. We've been pretty fortunate on that front to date. He's had a few colds, but always coped pretty well. I think I had most of them first, so he benefited from getting a little protection by nursing. This cold came out of the blue (or more likely, out of the grocery store), and it's the first one he's had since he's been mobile. He is just so pitiful with it. He's trying to be a trooper and carry on with our usual play activities. I can tell he's worn out from the easiest things. Then he gets a sneezing or coughing fit and just looks at me after, pokes his lip out, and whimpers. It just breaks this mama's heart.
