Here was our morning in pictures:
| Family stockings: DH, mom, NB, LO |
| Workbench from Grams and Gramps, assembled and delivered by Santa |
| Gifts under the tree in the wee hours of our Christmas morning |
| A sleepy LO wanted his Christmas morning picture to be of Pooh instead |
| A happier NB on his first Christmas morning |
| LO hammering on his workbench and Da assembling a race car |
| LO choosing his first gift to unwrap |
| A stomp rocket from Mom and Dad |
| Stomp rocket assembled and opening Automoblox from Santa |
| Gertie ball and hoop from Papa and Lah-oo |
| This little guy napped through LO opening gifts, but here he is opening his first gift a little later |
| Mmmm, this spin balls is tasty! |
| Da, do you mind if I eat this bow while we read this new book? |
It was a quiet Christmas morning just the four of us. Having two beautiful, healthy sons, I cannot imagine sacrificing one even if the whole world were at stake. Today I am grateful for all the sacrifices, both spiritual and worldly, that make my life rich beyond measure.
Merry Christmas everyone!
Now that looks and sounds like a pretty grand Christmas! Glad schedules worked out so that you all could enjoy it together. Also glad Santa liked the stomp rocket for LO. That was on our short list too; I bet he'll have a blast (couldn't resist) with that. We too are blessed beyond measure. All of you are such treasured blessings in our lives. Merry Christmas; you are much loved!
